Casa ideale per la vicinanza al mare ed al centro del paese.
La casa per vacanza "Casa_Briciola" in affitto sull'isola di Lipari si trova al primo piano di un caseggiato sito a Canneto, zona balneare principale dell’isola di Lipari. Il centro storico di Lipari dista circa 2.5 km ed è raggiungibile di continuo con servizo bus-navetta.
La casa è situata in una zona tranquilla a 40 mt dal mare, a 250 mt dal primo supermercato ed a 100 mt dai servizi di prima necessità.
L'ingresso avviene tramite una scala in comune con gli altri appartamenti che si trovano nello stabile e da accesso all'ingresso di casa dotato di salottino in vimini con divanetto e tavolinetto. Quest'ambiente è ben illuminato grazie ad un'ampia finestra.
Dall'ingresso si passa alla cucina pranzo cha ha piano 4 fuochi, tavolo e sedie, frigo e Tv.
Sempre dall'ingresso si accede al bagno che ha doccia con tenda, finestra luce e lavatrice. No bidet.
Le camere da letto sono due: la prima ha letti separati e finestra luce, l'altra invece ha letto matrimoniale divisibile e balcone con affaccio sulla strada.
La zona in cui si trova la Casa_Briciola è tranquilla e comoda soprattutto per la vicinanza al mare ed a tutti i servizi.
The "Casa_Briciola" holiday home for rent on the island of Lipari is located on the first floor of a building located in Canneto, the main bathing area of the island of Lipari. The historic center of Lipari is about 2.5 km away and can be reached continuously by shuttle bus service.
The house is located in a quiet area 40 meters from the sea, 250 meters from the first supermarket and 100 meters from basic services.
The entrance is via a staircase shared with the other apartments located in the building and gives access to the entrance of the house equipped with a wicker sitting room with sofa and coffee table. This environment is well lit thanks to a large window.
From the entrance you pass to the dining kitchen which has a 4-burner hob, table and chairs, fridge and TV.
Also from the entrance you enter the bathroom which has a shower with curtain, window light and washing machine. No bidet.
There are two bedrooms: the first has twin beds and a light window, the other has a divisible double bed and a balcony overlooking the street.
The area in which Casa_Briciola is located is quiet and convenient especially for its proximity to the sea and to all services.
