Casa con terrazzo attrezzato. A due passi da tutto. Arredi curati, ottimi per famiglie o gruppi di amici.
Siamo a Canneto la zona balneare più grande dell'isola di Lipari con spiagge attrezzate di lidi, bar ristorantini e negozietti, tutto a portata di mano per una tranquilla e comoda vacanza.
Dalla casa, tramite un vicoletto e attraversando la strada, si arriva comodamente in spiaggia percorrendo appena 70 mt.
La "Casa Dyana" è un appartamento che si trova al primo piano "rialzato" con ingresso tramite una scala esterna che porta al terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo sedie e ombrellone. Il terrazzo è diviso da quello della casa Kerolen (non disponibile) tramite separè in legno e piante.
Dal terrazzo si accede alla cucina-pranzo attrezzata con piano 4 fuochi, forno, frigo, tv, aria condizionata, tavolo e sedie e divano letto singolo.
L'appartamento ha una camera da letto matrimoniale e grande armadio, tv, aria condizionata e balcone con vista montagna.
L'ampio bagno ha bidet, vasca con tenda doccia e finestra alta.
I due appartamenti, affittati insieme, sono ottimi per famiglie e gruppi di amici e arrivano a 8 posti letto.
We are in Canneto, the largest beach area of the island of Lipari with beaches equipped , small restaurants and shops, convenient for a quiet and comfortable holiday.
From the house, through an alley crossing the road, you can easily get to the beach ,walking just 70 meters.
The "Casa Dyana" is an apartment located on the first floor "raised", with entrance via an external staircase which leads to the terrace equipped with table chairs and umbrella.
The terrace is divided by that of the Kerolen (not available) house through wooden separè with plants
From the terrace leads to the kitchen-dining room equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, fridge, TV, air conditioning, table and chairs and single sofa bed.
The apartment has a matrimonial bedroom and large wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and also a balcony with mountain views.
The large bathroom has a bidet, a bathtub with a shower curtain and a high window.
The two apartments, combined together, they are great for families and groups of friends and they come to 8 beds
