Nuova Villetta, arredata con gusto e con uno stupendo panorama.
La "Villetta_Alba_Vizzina" è un grazioso monolocale di nuova edificazione, realizzato in una zona panoramicissima dell'isola, dalla quale domina tutto il golfo di Marina Lunga con uno scorcio anche dell'isola di Stromboli sullo sfondo.
La Villetta in affitto è situata a circa 800 mt dal centro storico di Lipari, nella zona di Santa Margherita.
Ci si arriva percorrendo una strada in salita e ripida di circa 500 mt. Per raggiungere la villetta è necessaria un'auto o uno scooter ( min. 125/150cc ).
E' un piano terra di villa confinante con la Villa del proprietario ma con proprio ingresso indipendente tramite delle scale.
Ha struttura tipicamente Eoliana ed è composta da una camera con letto matrimoniale con TV , ventilatore e aria condizionata.
La cucina è esterna e si trova nel terrazzo coperto ed è dotata di un armadio-cucina completo di tutte le stoviglie; il terrazzo è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie ed è in tipico stile eoliano, con pilastri (pulere) e seduta (bisuoli).
Da qui è possibile godere dello splendido panorama sul golfo di Lipari ed in lontananza della costa siciliana
Il bagno è completo di tutti i sanitari e con box doccia ad angolo tondo. Ha anche finestra alta.
All'ingresso della Villetta si trova una zona comune dove poter stendere la propria biancheria.
La posizione ed il panorama sono davvero fantastici, la zona è ideale per chi vuole pace e tranquillità. La casa è arredata con gusto, ha posto auto e scooter.
The "Villetta_Alba_Vizzina" is a nice apartment of new construction , placed in a panoramic area of the island , overlooking the bay of Marina Lunga, with also a wonderful view of the island of Stromboli on the horizon.
The house is located about 800 meters from the historic center of Lipari, in the Santa Margherita area.
It lies along a steep uphill climb of about 500 meter and for to reach the house you need a car or scooter (advisable 125/150 power )
The villetta's ground floor and is bordering with the Villa Owner but with independent entrance through the stairs.
It's a typically Aeolian house and there is a matrimonial bedroom with TV, fan and air conditioning.
The kitchen is outside and is located in the covered terrace, is equipped with a closet-full kitchen ; the terrace is equipped with table and chairs and is in typical Aeolian style.
From here you can enjoy the beautiful views over the bay of Lipari and also the coast of Sicily on the horizon.
The bathroom is complete with shower-box ,there is also an high window.
At the entrance of the house is a common area, where to lay your own linen.
The location and the views are really fantastic, the area is peaceful and quiet.
The villa is tastefully decorated, it has parking space for car and scooters.
