Le camere per gli ospiti si trovano al primo piano della struttura e constano di matrimoniali di cui alcune con terrazzino e triple; ogni stanza è dotata di biancheria da letto e da bagno, frigorifero, TV, ventilatore a soffitto e bagno in camera completo ( no bidet ).

La struttura si trova a soli 50/100 mt dalla fermata degli autobus per le spiagge e soli 900 mt dal porto delle navi e degli aliscafi.
La baia di Portinente ( dove è possibile fare un tuffo veloce) si trova a circa 250 metri.
