Di nuova ristrutturazione ed a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal mare.
La "Casa Margi" è una tipica villetta eoliana situata nella zona di Lingua, una delle zone più caratteristiche dell'isola di Salina.
Si trova a circa 80 metri dalla spiaggia di Lingua ed a circa 200 metri dalla piazzetta della frazione ricca di servizi come bar e ristoranti. La sua posizione è ottima anche per gli spostamenti in quanto a pochi metri si trova la fermata del bus.
La casa ci accoglie nel suo ampio terrazzo coperto ed attrezzato, oltre che con le tipiche sedute in muratura, anche con tavolo e sedie per gustare i pasti della giornata. C'è doccia esterna.
Dalla terrazza si accede alla zona unica di cucina e soggiorno. La cucina è completa con piano cottura a 4 fuochi e frigo. L'angolo cottura ha anche una finestra con affaccio sul terrazzo.
Nella zona soggiorno invece c'è un divano in muratura con cuscineria, che vi permetterà di rilassarvi durante le ore del giorno, tavolo con sedie e Tv. Anche in questa zona vi è finestra con affaccio sul terrazzo.
Una piccola zona di passaggio permette di accedere alle due camere da letto ed al bagno.
Le camere sono una matrimoniale con finestra, armadio a muro e cassettiera. La camera ha Aria Condizionata.
La seconda camera ha due letti singoli non unibili, armadio e finestra. Nelle camere ci sono anche pale a soffitto.
Tra le due camere è posizionato il bagno dotato di tutti i sanitari, la doccia a pavimento e tenda. Il bagno ha finestra alta.
Esternamente è stata ricavata zona lavanderia con la lavatrice.

"Casa Margi" is a typical Aeolian villa located in Lingua, one of the most picturesque areas of the island of Salina.
It is located about 80 meters from Lingua beach and about 200 meters from the small square filled with amenities such as bars and restaurants. Its location is also excellent for getting around, as the bus stop is just a few meters away.
The house has a large, covered, furnished terrace. There is an outdoor shower.
The terrace leads to the open kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-burner stove and refrigerator. The kitchenette also has a window overlooking the terrace.
The living area features a sofa with cushions, perfect for relaxing during the day, a table with chairs, and a TV.
There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a window, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and air conditioning.
The second bedroom has two single beds (not joinable), a wardrobe, and a window. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans.
Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom, equipped with all the necessary fixtures and a roll-in shower with a curtain. The bathroom has a high window.
A laundry area with a washing machine has been created outside.
